S.R. Smith slides are made in the USA, and Australian supply can take 12 weeks or more. Your preferred model, colour or left/right turn may not be available at short notice.
Registering your interest helps us understand which slides Australian customers want and when they would ideally like them. If you already know your preferred colour and turn, those details help too.

Tell us what you’re considering and your preferred timing. Nothing is payable at this stage, and registering does not place an order or reserve a slide.
2. Confirm the details
If the Priority Queue goes ahead, we’ll contact you to confirm your model, colour, turn, price and expected timing.
3. Decide whether to join
Only if you then choose to join would a $997 deposit reserve your place in the Priority Queue. Your deposit goes towards the cost of your slide.

No. Registering records your interest, and nothing is payable. If the Priority Queue goes ahead, we’ll confirm the details first. Only if you then decide to join would a $997 deposit reserve your queue place and go towards your slide.
How long could supply take?
Australian supply can take 12 weeks or more. Timing depends on the model, colour and configuration you want. Tell us your preferred timing and we’ll discuss what may be possible before you decide to join.
What if I’m unsure about the model, colour or turn?
You don’t need to have every detail decided before registering. We’ll help you work through the choices.
How will you help me choose a slide that suits my pool?
We can start with photos of your pool and surrounding area, then help you identify the measurements and manufacturer’s installation requirements that need checking. Photos help start the discussion; they do not confirm that a slide will fit.
What if I find a lower price?
If you find a lower genuine delivered price for the same S.R. Smith slide, let us know. We’ll match it by adjusting your final invoice.
